PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Golden Advanced is a company that meets its objectives by undertaking multiple projects and by completing them successfully. Golden Advanced uses an enterprise wide project management approach in order to control its projects activities, quality, safety and customer relations. To this end, Golden Advanced has adapted its organizational structure to cater for the demands and prioritization of projects. We follow closely the integration and application of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing a project.

ENGINEERING

Golden Advanced has a professional team of engineers and designers. They provide conceptual shop drawings for the proposals stage and as built drawings for the construction stage. The drawings are then sent to the consultant for approval in compliance with the design drawings, specifications, scope statements and project schedule. The group utilizes computer aided design AutoCAD, Revit & 3D Max systems for all its two and three dimensional designs. The group makes sure that drawings for different disciplines are well coordinated and provides project teams with any required engineering support.

PROCUREMENT

Procurement generally involves making purchase decisions under conditions of scarcity. Our procurement team secures, according to specifications, the required highest quality materials, supplies, equipment, works, and services at the best possible cost with respects with aspects such as quality, quantity, time and location are compared for the projects. The process has to be done with all consideration and factors for the business while minimizing risks such as exposure to fraud and collusion. We undertake projects and take them with full consideration of the above criteria and we don’t stick to only one source, but our team spreads out throughout the market to get the best products/solutions with best prices for our Clients.

GENERAL CONTRACTING

As a General Contractor, our services begin with pricing. We bid out the job in predetermined packages, and verify the validity of the bids using our extensive cost histories. During actual construction, we manage the day to day activities on the job, including safety, quality control and adherence to the schedule. We also provide bonding for the project and hold all subcontractor contracts, unless directed to do otherwise by the owner. We have the ability to self-perform many aspects of our work, giving us greater control over the schedule and allowing us to truly drive the project towards success.

CIVIL

Civil construction falls in the category of civil engineering which is all about designing, constructing and maintaining the physical and naturally built environment. Civil construction is the art of building bridges, dams, roads, airports, canals, and buildings. Civil engineering is the oldest disciplines of engineering. Since the very beginning of the human existence, it has been the aspect of life. One of the main aspects of civil construction is structural engineering. It helps in designing the structure in a way that it is able to support itself successfully along with resisting loads. The stability of the design will serve as the foundation of civil construction. In today’s society, there are huge projects meant for civil construction and engineering. The infrastructure used in our daily lives all has been created because of civil construction and engineering. The roads, railways, stadiums, harbors, schools and other buildings constructed are all a contribution of civil engineering; and this is where Golden Advanced has a wide experience and range of civil engineers to perform the job up to perfection.

DESIGN & BUILD

Our expertise also extends to Design-Build Construction. After first examining the specifications of the owner, we team with a design firm that has extensive experience in similar projects. This Design-Build team then acts as a cohesive unit with the designer developing the project's specifications, while we perform the constructability review. During construction, our Design-Build team then acts as the single source of information for all design and construction issues. This creates a more effective line of communication between everyone involved with the project, which leads to a more successful project delivery system.

MEP

Golden Advanced provides turnkey solutions within the mechanical engineering field including but not limited to plumbing, HVAC, pumps, and firefighting. Installations are carried out by specialized technicians under the supervision of our skilled engineers. We install all types and sizes of ducts including rectangular, spiral, and circular. Ducts installed are of GI, black steel, and stainless steel material.

FINISHING & FIT OUT

Golden Advanced has perfected the art of skilled craftsmanship with a dedicated team of experts and in-house manufacturing capabilities to become a one-stop solution for interior fit out and contracting services. FACADE SOLUTIONS

Golden Advanced provides turnkey solutions through direct contract with developer, main contractor and clients. In this case Golden Advanced outsources the fabrication to approved partners within Saudi Arabia who manufacture the metal joineries, cladding and metal works in accordance to our fabrication drawings, cutting list and technical documentation under the scrutiny of our quality control engineers. As for the site works, this is handled by our highly experiences installers and technicians who are deployed to the project site along with our project management team who closely monitor the work progress and quality while working hand in hand with the contractor’s project team in charge. Through such venture our clients enjoy the services of professionals handling the technical and the project management, along with the same workmanship quality they can expect from our partners at the most competitive price.
